Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Senior - ProducerIn.

MXR Productions realisiert weltweit Werbespots sowie andere Bewegtbild-Formate und versteht sich dabei als kreativer Partner der Kunden und Agenturen.

Aufgaben

Du hast bereits Erfahrung und fundiertes Fachwissen als Producer\*In (m/w/d) in einer Filmproduktion oder Agentur gesammelt und besitzt ein großes Verständnis von Zusammenspiel zwischen Kreation und Produktion.
- Du erarbeitet die Realisierung von nationalen und internationalen Werbefilmproduktionen.
- Du betreust den Pitch-Prozess mit der eigenverantwortlichen Auswahl der Regie und Angebotserstellung - die Kommunikation mit Regie, Agenturen und Kund\*Innen liegt in deinen Händen.
- Du erstellst Kalkulationen und führst die damit verbundene Recherche durch.
- Du organisierst Drehs im In
- und Ausland.

Qualifikation

Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Kosten, bis charismatisch und argumentationsstark und hast eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise.

Du bist sehr organisierst, hast einen Ahnung von Kalkulation und Timing, du kannst den Laden zusammenhalten und Feuer löschen (PS: Wir suchen auch eine/n neue Brandschutzbeauftragte/n).
- Du hast bereits mehrer Jahre Berufserfahrung als Producer (m/w/d) in der Filmproduktion gesammelt oder Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Bereichen
- Du besitzt ein organisatorisches Talent und hast ein gutes Gefühl für Kosten
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und besitzt ein kreatives sowieso konzeptionelles Urteilsvermögen
- Du hast eine hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
- Du bist stressresistent, insbesondere bei Deadlines und Lieferterminen
- Du beherrschst Multitasking und bringst organisatorisches Talent und lösungsorientiertes Denken mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

- Das Jahreseinkommen beginnt je nach Qualifikation ab € 56.000;
