**The Opportunity**

To support the further growth of TourRadar, the people team has been evolving and is now looking for the HR Business Partner to join our team in Vienna (full-time).

The team is currently composed of 3 departments: Employee Experience, responsible for making life at TourRadar unique, exciting, and enriching; the Talent Development team, responsible for developing all the tools and frameworks used by all the departments (such as the competencies mapping, Performance Management, and Leadership training) and Talent Management, responsible for attracting the best talent, as well as partnering with the leaders to identify their biggest talent challenges and needs, and support in different measures.

We are looking for an experienced leader to lead the Talent Management team, currently composed of 3 team members.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage, develop, guide, and learn from the team of 3 Talent Partners, fostering an environment of collaboration, playing on each other’s strengths
- Drive continuous improvement, following agile methodologies
- Employer Branding: Overall oversight of the employer branding initiatives
- Hiring leaders development: Design and define best practices to empower the leaders to make the right decisions when hiring, facilitate workshops tailor-made to the needs of the departments
- Define and manage KPIs for the area to ensure the right decision making
- Lead DEI initiatives to ensure we are free from bias in our decision-making and are inclusive to all lines of thought
- Partner with the leaders to identify their talent needs, including identifying internal talents with the support of performance management data

**Who you are**:

- 5-7 years of experience in talent management or related field, preferably in a tech startup or scale-up, having led teams
- Fluent in English
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience with creating and implementing employee retention strategies
- Experience designing and facilitating workshops
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong project management skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Data-driven: the ability to interpret and understand data, draw conclusions, and develop action plans
- Knowledge of HR technology, including applicant tracking systems and HRIS
- Passion for technology and innovation
