As a Talent Partnerships Manager, you'll leverage Red Bull Wingfinder throughout our HR Value Chain and beyond, giving wiiings to people and ideas.

**ASSESSMENT EXCELLENCE**

You'll continuously improve Red Bull Wingfinder in collaboration with external consultants, internal stakeholders and governing bodies, ensuring the assessment continues to be highly valid and reliable. You'll explore innovative solutions to improve processes and user experience. While doing so, you'll collaborate with the technical teams at Red Bull Media House on related product enhancements and platform integrations. Furthermore, you'll develop and communicate related strategies, road-maps, and technical documentation.

**ACTIVATE, EMBED AND EDUCATE**

In order to embed and activate assessment best-practices through our HR value chain, you'll put your expert understanding of psychology and change management to work. You'll create and deliver resources, materials and training to effectively position Red Bull Wingfinder to positively impact talent selection and development initiatives. With your passion for psychology you'll up-skill your audiences, assess talent needs and drive real world impact.

**COLLABORATE, COMMUNICATE AND CONSULT**

You'll consult with HR and cross-functional teams across the business, both local and global to understand needs, educate and continuously improve Red Bull Wingfinder programs and products. Within the global Talent Team, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to bring Red Bull Wingfinder across key Talent Acquisition, Talent Development etc initiatives and programs. Furthermore, you'll ensure excellence and effectiveness through a deep understanding of our global philosophies, talent strategy and processes.

**Qualifications**:
5+ years relevant experience in developing, consulting and/or managing psychometric assessments

2+ years in program implementation, process improvement or change management

Ability to coach, advise and influence stakeholders and team members in a highly diverse environment in terms of culture, experience and seniority

Ability to think strategically on positioning talent products to guarantee message pull-through and engagement

Ability to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex topics

Positive, solution-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial 'can-do' attitude

Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments

A self-motivated team player who thrives on cooperative thinking and knows how to get the work done in order to deliver quality execution and results

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.605 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
