The Harisch Hotels are a small but fine collection of privately run hotels and comprise a total of five differently positioned hotels - from international luxury hotels to family hotels. The Harisch Hotel family also includes five restaurants and a bar, which are among the best establishments in Kitzbühel. Almost all of our establishments are located in the Kitzbühel vacation region. This gives us the great opportunity to offer our employees an insight into several hotels or an easy change between the different hotels, restaurants and also a bar. **What is there to do?**:

- Processing and managing all incoming booking requests (phone, mail, system) for our 5 hotels
- Actively selling the hotel services on offer and selling the available rooms
- Creating and sending individual and package offers using the ReGues correspondence system
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with the reception teams Communicating all relevant information to the relevant colleagues and departments

**What should you bring with you?**:

- Completed training in tourism (preferably in the hotel and hospitality industry)
- First relevant professional experience in the upscale hotel industry
- Entrepreneurial thinking and a committed, independent and structured way of working
- Strong organizational skills
- High level of cooperation and commitment
- Confident in using the MS Office package
- New ideas to improve quality
- Perfect knowledge of German and English...and above all a love of the job

**We offer a salary for this position based on the collective agreement for the catering and hotel industry in Tyrol. An overpayment is a matter of course for us with appropriate qualifications and will be agreed in a personal interview.**:
