**About the job**
In the role of an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the Operations managers at the Veitsch & Breitenau plants on all HR-specific issues. You are the primary contact person for our plant managers for HR-related, management-specific questions as well as questions regarding the organizational structure. You know how to combine the requirements of the divisions with your extensive experience and are not afraid to tackle operational day-to-day issues, to be the contact person for employees, to manage interfaces (Payroll, Shared Service Center) and to initiate changes. Occasionally, you will also undertake business trips to other plant locations or to the headquarters in Vienna. You will be part of an experienced, highly motivated, and humorous team to which the joint exchange, joint growth and knowledge transfer are particularly important.
**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Recruiting of employees together with our Talent Acquisition team and independent recruiting of blue-collar workers
- Processing and coordination of the operational HR day-to-day business
- Personnel marketing activities: e.g., apprenticeship training, career fairs, advertisement design
- Support of change processes: e.g., working time models

**What we expect from you in terms of**
**Education**
- University degree, ideally in a Human Resource field or any field of similar relevance
**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German - Proficient/Fluent
**Work experience, knowledge & skills**
- Several years of HRBP experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment
- Experience with shift models
- Knowledge and understanding of the **Austrian Labor Law** is a must-have
- Payroll know-how and experience working with Success Factors & SAP HCM
- Affinity for Microsoft tools such as PowerPoints, Excel, Word and Teams

The annual gross salary for this position depending on your qualification and experience will start from € 65.000,00 on a full-time basis, also depending on the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
