International Law Expert

**Location: Austria, Wien & Brunn/Gebirge**:
**As our internal legal counsel, you will be responsible for all legal matters of our internationally active high-tech company. You work closely with the IMS executive management on vetting business strategy and ensuring legal compliance of activities across the company.**
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Legal counsel on all matters of corporate law
- Preparation of contract language for international sales / purchase contracts, technology licenses, and development agreements
- Setup of in-house contract management systems
- Establishment of internal compliance guidelines
- Internal point of contact for all legal questions
- Coordinating external law firms (national and international)
- Advise and support management in regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, export controls)
**Your Qualifications**:
- Completed studies, with a degree (e.g., Mag.iur.) in law or business law
- Several years of practice in a law firm or as in-house counsel, preferably with experience in international business
- Breadth of experience handling different client needs and situations
- Strong motivation to master new business and legal topics
- Goal-driven, quality-oriented work ethics
- Proficiency in both English and German
