**Your Responsibilities**:

- Leading annual/ quarterly order intake planning process for new units business and multiyear service contracts
- Monthly reporting and analysis of commercial KPIs like order intake, margin, sales pipeline, headcount and interactions with customers
- Estimate future commercial performance by analyzing market dynamics and commercial KPIs
- Continues process improvement and integration into bi-solutions
- Coordinating and preparing monthly operation and business review meetings
- Steady interaction with global sales regions and marketing department
**Your Profile**:

- Solid professional experience as commercial or financial analyst
- Understanding of commercial processes and deal structure within industrial business
- Excellent Excel and Power Point Presentation skills
- Excellent communicator, experienced in driving performance and team spirit, used to managing conflicting priorities with multiple functions and able to cooperatively find solutions
- Extensive hands-on approach and can-do attitude
- SFDC and Tableau acknowledge preferred
- Excellent English, German language skills are preferred

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.093,91 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
