Specialist Ecommerce

**You actively manage the strategic development of B2B eCommerce/eProcurement activities in various European markets and provide guidance for cross department teams to achieve our joint roadmap.**

**We are looking for you, if you want to**
- proactively drive digital sales development together with local & international sales & expert teams
- being the expert for (various) digital interfaces and eProcurement solutions, for example EDI, OCI Punchout, B2B eCommerce software systems
- define together with sales the most suitable digital solutions / eProcurement solutions for our customers / customer groups to scale internationally
- support and drive eCommerce business with your understanding for B2B customer needs and value creation in the lighting, construction or similar industry areas
- evaluate and backchannel customer requirements to our Scrum teams to allow continuous improvements, increasing customer satisfaction and constant value creation
- pro-actively support change management activities, develop training concepts, learning content and hold training sessions

**Ihr Profil**

**What you bring into our team**:

- You have your bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Technology related fields such as Marketing & Sales, Service & Process Management or Computer Science
- Besides that, you have a basic understanding of online tracking and reporting systems not only to measure success, but also to gain deeper insights into user behavior
- You gained some experience in managing and executing digital solutions / eProcurement solutions and understand the importance of harmonized processes
- Your working style is characterized by your analytical and conceptual thinking skills, resulting in a structured, proactive and independent way of prioritizing your tasks.
- As a team player with a hands-on approach you also have the ability to inspire others.
- MS Office skills are set and preferably you can prove first experience in working with Marketing Automation Software (e.g. Salesforce Pardot)
- Your very good fluently spoken and written German and English skills round up your profile and allow you to communicate confidently with local and international colleagues

- Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 57.094,24 /p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience._
