**Project Overview**:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

- Learn and assist in BSAPs configuration to meet project requirements.
- Perform data entry into the above BSAPs and report generation.
- Establish the data requirements to support construction work processes.
- Ensure reports are accurate reflections of the data and are functioning as intended.
- Review/trouble-shoot data for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist field engineering in assembling and updating work packages.
- Provide support to the field engineering leads.
- Support the implementation of the records retention and turnover plans.
- Learn to operate and trouble-shoot automation tools and databases.

**About you**:

- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have interest working in computer database and system configuration.
- Must be able to take initiative and follow through on issues.
- Must be able to work well in a complex team environment.
- Must possess a high degree of individual initiative, discretion, and diplomacy.
- Must be flexible and able to accept and quickly adapt to changes in work focus.
- Must be able to organize and prioritize administrative deliverables.
- Prior sound experience and qualifications in administration support in an industrial workplace
- Awareness of quality assurance and documentation is an advantage
- Experience managing office administration functions is desirable
- Displays effective communications skills crucial to reporting across levels in the organization, motivating team members and presenting plans in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work autonomously, managing own workload to meet deliverable and schedule requirements
- Excellent problem solving ability
- Knowledge in MS SQL and SSRS Report
- Experience using BSAPs especially TEAMWorks®

- The Pluto Train 2 Project is a Major Hazard Facility meaning this is a non-smoking site and no tobacco products - i.e. cigarettes, vapes, lighters, tobacco - are permitted to be brought to the site._

**This position is available to both local and non-local personnel. For non-locals (FIFO/DIDO), the working roster is 3/1.**
