**About the Job**:
As RFIC Verification Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project management of both pre-silicon and post-silicon verification activities for United Micro's RF chips and macros. This role involves collaborating with various teams to develop a comprehensive verification strategy, aligning data and methodologies across disciplines, leading the development of behavioral models for pre-silicon simulations, and coordinating post-silicon measurement and verification activities.
**Your Responsibilities**:
**Project Management**:
- Manage the project activities related to pre-silicon and post-silicon verification for RF chips and macros.
- Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to schedules and resource allocation.
- Track and report the progress of verification activities, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
**Verification Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with RF system engineers, RFIC design engineers, RFIC component verification teams, and RF/HW system verification teams to develop a holistic verification strategy.
- Define verification methodologies, test plans, and test benches to achieve comprehensive coverage and effective verification of RFIC designs.
- Ensure alignment and consistency of data, methodologies, and verification approaches across different disciplines.
**Documentation, Analysis and Alignment**:
- Establish a consistent documentation process for RFIC requirements, specification targets, pre-silicon simulation results, and post-silicon measurement results.
- Analyze and align data to identify discrepancies and deviations, facilitating effective issue resolution and optimization of RFIC designs.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure proper documentation, analysis, and alignment throughout the verification process.
**Behavioral Model Development**:
- Lead the development of behavioral models, including Verilog models, for pre-silicon mixed-signal simulations and verification.
- Collaborate with RFIC design engineers to ensure accurate and representative models that capture the intended behavior of RFIC components.
- Verify and validate the functional correctness of behavioral models through simulation and analysis, resolving any identified issues.
**Your profile**:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, MBA diploma is a plus
- Extensive experience in RFIC verification, including project management, strategy development, and verification methodologies.
- Strong expertise in developing behavioral models, such as Verilog models, for pre-silicon mixed-signal simulations.
- Familiarity with RF system engineering, RFIC design, and RF/HW system verification principles and techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage projects, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry-standard pre-silicon verification methodologies and techniques.
- Experiences in RF/analog/mixed signal integrated circuit design and/or post-silicon component verification are a plus
