To enhance our successful **Operations Team** at our **Headquarters in Leoben (AT)** we are seeking to fill the newly created position with an experienced

**Head of Production Planning and Control (M/F/d)**:
As Head of Production Planning and Control you will be responsible for leading a team in implementing a production plan and control system for our plant in alignment with other AT&S factories. You will oversee the timely release of manufacturing orders and requistions to support the sales and financial targets.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Identify risks in purchased parts by working closely togehter with the Purchasing Manager
- Participate in regular meetings & WIP audits and provide input for proper execution of profile reviews
- Manage bookings profile and validate lead-time assumptions driving mid or long range planning requirements
- Serve as primary point of contract for all material planning and production control related activities
- Capable of developing the state of the art planning including dashboards and shop floor management, lean manufacturing process flow and operational excellence
- Ensure continuous development of your team

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in related fields such as Operation Management, Industrial Engineering, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Production Planning preferred in the Electronics or Semiconductor industry
- Expertise with SAP, MES, Aumation Execution System and Lean tools
- Knowledge or understanding of the Operating Curve Management or similar
- Good data management skills and view on details
- Excellent English language skills
- Leadership skills and high degree of stress management

Our salary packages are competitive, take individual qualifications, and experience into consideration and are in accordance with the Austrian collective labor agreement. We offer a gross annual salary of minimum 70.000;
- Euro for this role, depending on your expertise and skills.
