**THE POSITION**:
As a **Product Manager** at Glacier you'll be at the forefront of shaping climate education. Join us in driving innovation, aligning products with market needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in product management, client engagement, and technical insights will empower you to drive meaningful change. **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead the development and execution of product roadmaps, aligning with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define requirements and create actionable development plans.
- Monitor market trends and customer needs to guide product development.
- Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure product delivery is on time and meets quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and make necessary adjustments to enhance user experience.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in product management, ideally in a startup-environment focusing on growth and innovation.
- English language proficiency is essential; proficiency in German is a must too.
- Experience in client-facing roles, aligning products with client needs and market demands.
- Comprehensive skills in product management, including crafting PRDs, analyzing user flows, and understanding the broader tech landscape.
- Prior experience in EdTech or environmental education would be a strong advantage.
- Adept at handling data, numbers, and statistical tools to drive product decisions.
- Knowledge of Excel and data manipulation tools.
- A background in Science or Engineering, reflecting an understanding of technical concepts.
- Proven experience in building products, with comprehensive knowledge of the underlying tech stack.
