Your mission
- This job is an exciting opportunity for you to join a diverse, ambitious, dynamic and global team of audit professionals across 4 locations. As a Data Analyst in Group Internal Audit you are a true self-starting all-round “data entrepreneur”.
- Curious, eager to learn and not afraid to master new technology, you will be part of the audit teams providing assurance through objective analysis and providing data driven actionable insights across our wide range of Operating Companies, Business Units/Business Segments and Group Functions.
- Your tasks are diverse and range from providing data insights on Finance, Sales and Logistical processes but also supporting assurance activities around Human Rights, Safety and Sustainability with insights and visualisations to provide assurance where it matters.
- Further, you will play a role in designing functional analytics, including fraud analytics, which will support Group Internal Audit and the business.
- The role offers the opportunity to develop across the full spectrum of Data Analytics, from source data transformation, to modelling and developing impactful visualisations.
- You will also contribute towards greater effectiveness of our assurance activities through integrating automated queries into our data management systems and ERP’s.
- In this role, you will report to the Head of Group Internal Audit.
**Profile**:
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in data analysis, visualisation or modelling.
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate your part of the assignment and engage with multiple teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, accepting ownership and accountability of your area of the process and deliver on your commitments.
- Fluency in English and ability to express yourself both in writing as well as during interviews and presentations. Mastery of one additional language is preferred.
- Proven experience in Python/SQL, and familiar with statistical programming languages.
- Knowledge of SAP is highly appreciated, as well as hands on experience with process mining.
- Travel of up to 10% may be required on an ad-hoc basis considering the nature of projects, which are set.

- Extent: full-time, 38 hours / week, all-in contract
- We offer a compensation package starting at € 42,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills and qualification.
