Are you a career starter or have you already gained some professional experience and are looking for a new challenge in the international purchasing department of a high-tech company? Then we have the right job for you As an operational buyer, you will support our team in the E-Mechanics division with the complete processing of operational purchasing activities in international purchasing. Among other things, you will be responsible for determining the timing and quantity of materials required for production and then initiating the ordering process. In all your activities, you will be in constant contact with our suppliers and internal specialist departments. You will also keep a constant eye on relevant planning and key figures.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Independent implementation of operational purchasing activities (requirements planning, requesting and checking quotations, order processing, delivery date tracking)
- Inventory optimization and control as well as ongoing process improvement
- Material creation, invoice control and master data maintenance Contact person for suppliers and close cooperation with strategic purchasing and the specialist departments
- Complaints processing and support with commercial deviations
- Evaluation of reports and product range analyses as well as inventory controlling

**Your background**:

- Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK/HTL/apprenticeship)
- Career starter or ideally (initial) professional experience in international purchasing
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Team-oriented personality with strong negotiating skills
- Enjoy a varied job with a high degree of personal responsibility and hands-on mentality
