**You Will Convince Us With**:

- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in developing and implementing enterprise architecture models.
- Deep knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Strong skills in managing IT service portfolios and catalogs.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic and innovative thinking with a focus on continuous improvement.

- Ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
