**Regional Human Resources Business Partner**:
**Performs specialized HR work focused on HR consulting to the business, including: Supporting dedicated business/region by providing HR-expertise and coaching, enabling business change, supporting talent aspects in organization structure changes and improvements, responsible for translating and implementing the overall HR strategy and priorities in a regional context and partnering with the business and talent management/staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (e.g., workforce planning, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.). Analyze and identify the need for development and set up operational action plans for HR, in accordance with the overall HR strategy and the needs of the business area, enabling people development in accordance with business plans and goals.**:

- **Support & Drive P&O Agenda with the Regional Management team**:
- **Coaching management team, anchoring Husqvarna key behaviors, leadership behaviors and company overall strategies**:
- **HR programs and policies roll-out, ensuring compliance across the region**:
- **Implement and drive people change management programs**:
- **Performance follow-up and development**:
- **Support talent assessment and development**:
- **Manage climate surveys results and follow-up action plans**:
- **Provide inputs to HR services hubs on how improve employees’ experience**:
- **HR data management (contract, actual salaries, benchmarks, bonus, benefits, local agreements etc.)**:
- **HR expertise and assessment to various matters regarding people management**:
- **Support the local Austrian organisation**:

- **Control and improvement of performance overall rating**:
- **Regional talent pool management, including career development and succession plans**:

- **Correct assessment of the HR services across the region**:
**Experience Required**:
- **Minimum 5 years’ experience from generalist HR management**:
- **Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent**:
- **Trade union experience**:
- **Experience in coaching and mentoring**:
- **Service-minded**:
- **Experience of working with HR Dashboards and data analytics, Workday knowledge would be advantageous**:
- **Diversity mindset, experience in multi-cultural environments**:
- **Address employment matters with tact, demonstrating good judgement, outstanding communication, influencing, and partnership skills.**:
