HR System & Process Expert (M/F/d)

The HR System & Process Expert (M/F/d) is a process champion and a main driver will be analyzing existing HR processes and defining future system requirements.

This person supports the HR Operating Model and provides recommendations for decisions to drive business growth and performance. The person works in strong collaboration with the HR Leadership and Global Team and participates in global HR technology programs including local deployment.

What you can expect
- Identification and optimization of the HR-business-process and -tools to drive improvement and efficiency
- You will contribute your knowledge and will also actively expand your know-how in the field of HR transformation
- Together we work on data governance for consistent and up-to-date personnel and organizational master data throughout the group
- You are responsible for the necessary documentation related to the HCM software - e.g. in project management, in communication with our partners and stakeholders, in process descriptions, etc.
- Alignment of a data and tools development road map with the business agenda
- HR/IT-Coordinator and support of users on tools & processes, including new hires training
- Innovation by benchmarking companies and best-practice-sharing within BRP
- Administrative project-related tasks (coordination of meetings, scheduling)

What you bring with you
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Engineering or equivalent education with experiences in HRIS
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role
- "Integration" mindset
- Ability to understand and optimize complex data models and IT solutions (Experience with PowerBI or Tableau is an advantage)
- Strong data management skills with the respective tools
- Understanding and experience of HR processes and organizational design is a plus
- Good German and English language skills
- Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and acting

We offer

You will receive an exciting position in an international company with many interesting benefits. The minimum salary for this position is € 53.068,12 EUR gross/year according to the very attractive collective agreement of the metal industry. An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
