Junior Legal Counsel

**Location: Austria, Brunn/Gebirge**:
**As a junior member of our growing legal team in our headquarter in Brunn/Gebirge, you'll play a vital role in handling various national and international legal and compliance matters for our globally operating high-tech company. Working closely with senior experts, you'll contribute to ensuring the company's compliance with legal requirements.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration in contract drafting and contract review in German and English such as purchase contracts; supply contracts; general terms and conditions; cooperation contracts
- Providing legal advice to internal IMS stakeholders (domestic and international)
- Collaboration in the development, optimization, implementation and monitoring of group-wide guidelines and policies/IMS Compliance System
- Conduct legal research
- Implementation of a contract management system
- Support and intensive collaboration with our Head of Legal

**Your Qualifications**:

- Completed studies in law
- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm or as an in-house counsel, preferably in an international context
- Experience in various legal topics as well as openness to familiarise yourself with new topics
- Goal-oriented and accurate work including hands-on mentality
- High level of Intercultural skills e.g. for negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
