Ihre Aufgaben- Organisation und Administration von internen und externen Schulungsmaßnahmen-
- Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres E-Learningprogrammes (Workday Learning)-
- Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter bei Schulungsthemen-
- Unterstützung des HR-Teams bei administrativen Themen-
- Prozessverbesserungen, sowie proaktives Einbringen von Ideen- Ihr Profil- Laufendes wirtschaftliches Studium (idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal)-
- Erste Erfahrungen (z.B. Praktika) im HR von Vorteil-
- Serviceorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke-
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten-
- Gewissenhafte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise-
- Gute Deutsch
