**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Proactive & continuous support of the Regulation Officer for Fuels & Feedstock to improve the Regulation Management System and OMVs digital regulation platform
- Working independently as Regulation Coordinator (formal checks, alignment with interfaces, uploads and approval workflows of regulations, 1st level support for employees)
- Train new employees on the Regulation Management System & digital regulation platform and continuous improvement of target group specific training for Fuel & Feedstock
- Support with the continuous update/improvement of the Regulation Management System & OMVs digital regulation platform SharePoint
- Prepare basic infos and presentations for the monthly Q&A sessions for the group-wide digital regulation platform community
- Plan, coordinate and support local info events for the Regulation Management System & OMVs digital regulation platform within Fuel & Feedstock
- Identify and select potential for improvement of the Regulation Management System & OMVs digital regulation platform and communicate to the Regulation Officer of Fuel & Feedstock
- Support the Regulation Officer team on improvement projects for OMVs digital regulation platform (e.g., digitization)
- Deputy of the Regulation Officer for Fuel & Feedstock and Chemicals & Materials

**Your profile**:

- University Degree Master in Business or Quality Management or similar
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in Regulation or Quality Management
- Certified Quality Manager of advantage
- Experience with corporate regulation and process management
- Good knowledge of Fuel&Feedstock business is beneficial
- Ability to understand and oversee new topics quickly
- Strong communication skills and team player
- Solution-focused acting and hands-on mentality
- High IT affinity
- Very good command of English & German
