**Ihr Verantwortungsbereich**:

- Unterstützung bei der Koordination und Produktion von Biopharmazeutika
- Begleitung von fundamentalen GmP Prozessen
- Erstellung von produktionsunterstützenden Dokumenten und Konzepten
- Vorbereitung der Produktion auf interne und Behörden-Inspektionen
- Identifizierung, Initiation und Koordination von Verbesserungsprojekten im Produktionsumfeld
- Erstellung / Durchführung von Schulungen für das Produktionspersonal hinsichtlich Arbeitshygiene, GMP und Sicherheit
- Fachliche Kontrolle der Durchführung / Interpretation der Studienergebnisse sowie Bereitstellung und Auswertung von prozessrelevanten Daten
- Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, Umsetzung / Koordination der definierten Actions sowie die Implementierung von genehmigten Änderungsanträgen

**Minimum requirements**

**Was Sie für die Position mitbringen**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Fachhochschule im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie, Biologie, technische Chemie (oder vergleichbares Studium)
- Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie wünschenswert
- Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift
- Weitere Kompetenzen: kommunikativ, Teamplayer, qualitätsbewusst & eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsmentalität
