**People & Culture Manager - Regional Recruitment and Talent Acquisition (30 hours)**

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for an experienced person with a rich proficiency in talent acquisition, hands-on experience in leading international full-cycle recruitment processes as well as curiosity to develop innovative, effective approaches to meet our hiring needs.

Your experience enables you to develop recruitment strategies that meet the organisation's short
- and mid-term hiring needs.

Your curiosity drives you to follow sourcing trends, to experiment with fresh, daring approaches and to try new tools and processes.

**The scope of your work will include but not be limited to**:

- Development and implementation of a recruitment strategy
- Innovating in approaches and tools like active sourcing, social-media recruitment, etc.;
- Enhancement and development of the Application Tracking System Recruitee;
- Operational Recruitment
