The Security & Privacy Risk Officer facilitates the implementation of information and cyber security, as well as data privacy processes within Erste Digital and in close cooperation with our partners in Erste Group. In order to keep our high standards it is important to take decisions on a well-founded risk basis. This function is the link between information security, data privacy, IT, and business representatives and is involved into the whole process of definition, maintenance, tracking of security regulations, risk management, definition of mitigating measures, and especially raising the awareness for these topics of all stakeholders.

**A glimpse on the position...**:

- Raise awareness and as such act as the link between information & cyber security, data privacy, IT and business representatives
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk assessments in various domains in the IT area
- Facilitate the process to propose practical and cost-effective Information & Technology risk treatment options
- Responsible for the collaboration on and execution of business impact analysis
- Report Information & Technology risk assessment results to Risk Owners
- Provide aggregated risk oversight for various high impact areas of IT services

- Good communication skills to facilitate the cooperation between information & cyber security, data privacy, IT and business representatives
- Self-confidence with high self-motivation as well as a customer-oriented, flexible and independent way of working
- Reasonable professional experience in IT risk management / information & cyber security / data privacy
- Expertice in bringing different stakeholders together by transfering IT risk to the business context
- Knowledge of security, process and risk assessment and their implementation methods, based on appropriate standards (e.g. ISACA, ISO27k, COBIT, ITIL)
- Have ideally a IT Risk / information security specific certification (e.g. CRISC, CISM)
