**The position**:
As of now we are seeking a talented Product Manager Swine (f/m/d) to join our Animal Health Team at Regional Center Vienna (RCV). The focus of the position will be to develop and implement the marketing strategy and tactics with strong business accumen for the RCV region. We are looking for a strong cross functional and cross cultural teamplayer who enjoys working within an international environment across the RCV region with a strong focus in Central and Eastern European countries.

**Tasks & responsibilities**:

- Identify concrete and precise customer needs and behavior through analysis of relevant reallife data
- Translate the strategy into a customer-oriented activation plan that drives brand performance, leveraging cross-functional and cross-country team knowledge
- Act as link between global headquarter and countries by providing input to corporate and ensure knowledge sharing with countries
- Organize projects and tasks with accountability, timing and KPIs
- Ensure that initiatives and activities are deeply rooted in strategy and resonate with customers

**Requirements**:

- Master´s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences in combination with min. 5 years
- experience in Marketing
- Business and financial knowledge, such as understanding of P&L
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple activities with a clear prioritization
- English fluency in written & spoken, German is a plus

The minimum gross annual salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for this position is EUR 54.735,38 (full time). For the actual salary the industry benchmark as well as your qualifications and experiences are taken into consideration.
