**Job Description**:

- Actively shape the agile process and ensure its compliance
- Coach and support our Scrum teams
- Lead regular agile management meetings
- Collaborate daily with software development and product management teams
- Help clear obstacles for the teams

Your Background
- Completed technical education, or a comparable qualification in the IT/software sector, or acquired certifications (Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master)
- First relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or experience as an Agile Coach in Development Teams
- You enjoy working remotely and hybrid with internationally distributed teams
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Good English and German language skills as well as strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- You enjoy working with teams as an organizational talent with problem-solving skills
