**DER JOB MIT DER BESTEN SERIENAUSSTATTUNG**
In der Funktion als Gruppenleiter_in Virtual vehicle Visu & VR sind Sie in unserem Engineering Center am Standort Graz im Bereich Gesamtfahrzeug angestellt und für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Leitung und Führung der Gruppe „Virtual vehicle Visu & VR“
- Entwicklung von Methoden, Prozessen und Werkzeugen für den Bereich Vehicle Architecture, Schnittstelle zur Vorentwicklung
- Weiterentwicklung von VA Standards und Arbeitsanweisungen sowie der VA Wissensbasis
- Skill Management & Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeiter - Schulung entsprechender Prozesse und Werkzeuge
- Gruppen
- und Fachbereichsübergreifender Austausch im Engineering - Abstimmung von Schnittstellenvereinbarungen mit anderen Fachbereichen
- Sicherstellung der VA Prozesse, Methoden und Werkzeuge sowie Know How Transfer zwischen den Projekten
- Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters bei Ressourcen
- und KAPA-Planung
- Mitarbeit an Entwicklungsprojekten von Gesamtfahrzeugen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer technischen Ausbildung (HTL/FH/TU) mit dem Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Virtual Reality, Visualisierung (Vred) und Datenbereitstellung
- Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern im Kontext internationaler Zusammenarbeit
- Interesse an neuen Technologien im Bereich VR & Visu
- Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Einsatzfreude und Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Dienstreisebereitschaft

Für diese Position ist ein Jahreseinkommen von mindestens brutto € 56.000;
- auf Basis von 38,5 Stunden pro Woche vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden
