**Job Description**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Aggregate, summarize and interpret large data sets
- Prepare accurate reports using data from internal sources
- Review and examine revenue reports and sales data to determine sales trends and variances
- Ability to turn data into useful information through dashboards
- Collaborate with team members, as well as with other units such as Product teams, Finance and Accounting to ensure data and reports are accurate
- Work together with the Data Office team to improve and maintain sales reports used by the Sales team, Product Units and the Management
- Train and support the sales team and other units on how to use our sales reporting tools
- Assists in revenue budget process
- Help the team carry out the sales incentive plan
- Support the management in defining business development and revenue strategies for exploiting new business areas and revenue opportunities

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- 2+ years’ experience as a Sales Analyst or a similar role
- Fundamental knowledge in cost accounting and forecasting
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Understanding of databases and IT processes is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to examine data and identify trends, and use the information gathered to create coherent reports
- Familiarity with data visualization software such as Qlik Sense, Tableau or Power BI is an advantage
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM software. Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- Strong work ethic, ability to multitask and prioritize
- A team player, as well as the ability to work independently
- Excellent time management
- Fluent in English, German or other language is a plus

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
