**Your Team**
In the field In the B2C Performance & Analytics, we are responsible for analyzing customer data, optimizing marketing strategies, and enhancing user experience to drive business growth. Their insights and data-driven decisions significantly contribute to increased customer engagement and profitability of the company.
- Deliver data and collaborate with B2C stakeholders such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, CX, Digital, and Data Teams.
- Support the data transformation journey towards becoming a data-driven company and promote data-based decision-making in the B2C area.
- Clarify and define analytics and reporting requirements, prepare dashboards and reports for visualization, and identify areas for improvement.
- Establish clear and effective communication structures between B2C and Data Teams.
- Coordinate data projects from a B2C perspective and ensure that provided information meets departmental requirements.
- You already have experience as a Data Analyst, preferably from fields like Telecommunication, Banking, Finance, or IT?
- You have a passion for data & KPI‘s (data analysis & data visualization) and experience with SQL, Python and Tableau or Power BI?
- You have an independent way of thinking, like to develop yourself further in your professional career and all that in fluent English (C1/C2) & basic German?
