(Junior) Influencer and Social Media Manager

**Your Tasks**:
We’re seeking for a talented individual to join our Eastern European Digital Team to drive success of our NIVEA love brand via key social media platforms.
- Developing and implementing winning influencer and social media marketing strategy for Eastern European markets and ensuring No. 1 position of NIVEA products in respective categories in fast-pacing social media world
- Identifying emerging social media trends and creatively translating them into powerful marketing concepts adjusted to respective target audiences that will impact business growth
- Collaborating with dynamic and engaged cross-functional teams, internal and external - platforms’ partners, to create compelling campaigns, where social media and influencers play essential role.

**Your Profile**:
**What we expect from you**:
- Track record in influencers and social media management and understanding of social media platforms potential, including ecommerce area
- Winning mindset - focusing on continuous improvement and search for new growth opportunities for the brand in social media environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure the effectiveness of managed activities and translating developed learnings in further business successes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Being highly organized with the ability to enjoy managing multiple projects and deadlines
- Fluent in English and ideally German
