We are part of Erste Group - the largest banking group in Central and Eastern Europe with more than 2,500 branches and over 45,000 employees. Our more than 2,000 IT experts and enthusiasts are the bank's Digital Muscle.

The CRR department is the provider of a reporting platform that connects end-users with Credit Risk relevant group wide data. With several hundred end-users, who are interested in our data, we are accutely aware of our key position in the business reporting processes.
We participate in the major DWH releases where we evaluate, enhance and test and our solution. Together with our business colleagues we aim to provide a stable reporting platform that can be relied on both in terms of timeliness and data-quality.
The reporting solution is based on Oracle and predominantely on Webfocus.

**What to do**:

- Analyzing new data requirements and adapting or creating data-catalogues and specification of Data Quality checks
- Supporting in in the resolution of operations incidents
- Collaborating with Risk Business Users across the entire Erste Group in the context of ongoing projects related to technical and regulatory requirements (e.g.: IFRS, Basel, ESG, EBA Guidelines,)
- Get involved in the maintenance and enhancement of our reports
- Analyzing existing data using your SQL skills

**You check these boxes**:

- English AND German language knowledge (at least B2/C1 level)
- Analytical mindset and familiar with requirement gathering in a financial context
- Know-How in Data Management/Modelling
- Able to write SQL queries and is familiar with data models in general
- Experience in a product-driven environment and and experience with version control tools (Subversion, Git, Bitbucket)
- Passion for teamwork and continuous learning
- Responsible and accountable
- Curious and treating all people with respect
- At least 4+ years of work experience
