**Job description**:
Planning and Risk Management Specialist
Austria - Hybrid
Great opportunity to work as a Planning and Risk Management Specialist for a Global Energy & Chemicals company based in Austria.
The successful applicant will support effective estimate & schedule reviews (ESRs) at key project decision points. Ensure project schedules comply with standards, procedures and tools, including the allocation of float, contingencies, allowances, risk premiums, accuracy ranges and spreads.

**The Role**:

- Carryout high quality integrated probabilistic Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis ensuring high quality inputs are obtained, giving support when required and ensure results are clearly presented.
- Prepare and review all necessary planning, scheduling and control documents, such as Basis of Schedule, progress and forecast reports, CSRA or SRA reports, Risk Management Plans, Risk Registers, Project Control Plans, Progress Measurement Procedures, Planning and Control Specifications for Contractors.
- Monitor and provide insight into project performance during execution and participate as well as lead in project planning assurance activities, such as Independent Gate Reviews and Execution Performance Reviews.
- Take ownership of necessary tools (software) for project planning, scheduling, progress control and project risk management, such as Primavera P6, Safran Risk Analysis, etc.

**Required Experience**
- University degree in Project Management, Engineering or Economics.
- At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in project planning and control techniques, Primavera P6, MS Project, Easy Risk Manager.
- Willingness to travel Internationally as and when required.
