**Job Description**:
At Sportradar we’ve experienced a period of sustained hypergrowth through a highly focused strategy based upon providing sport league related data and audio visuals to betting operators and media companies around the world. The current implementation of our new Financial Management System is paramount to support our business strategy with the provision of timely and accurate financial information as well as to achieve and maintain compliance standards. In this process the group is aiming for continuous process improvement and a higher integration level between financial systems.

Within the team you are responsible for reviewing process designs, preparing improvement proposals and technically implement solutions together with our technical teams and/or implementation partners. Furthermore you will be involved in integrating systems into our FMS and provide first level support for our operational teams when it comes to usage of our systems.

**The Challenge**
- Working alongside the implementation team / implementation partners to deliver system support functions
- Assisting the rollout of new Dynamics modules including release testing for functional systems updates (mainly D365 F&O)
- Assisting configuration changes with continuous improvement of our business processes in D365 F&O
- Assisting change management activities for each rollout
- Communication with internal stakeholders such as Project Managers and employees to ensure a smooth rollout.
- Drive improvement of complex accounting processes
- Define integration activities in source systems and information receiving systems
- Work with end users to ensure accuracy, quality and integrity of underlying data, particularly within finance
- Support quarterly security and compliance audit process
- Owner of day-to-day system administration activities
- Support accounting teams in group audit procedures

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience within an Information / Finance Systems support / analyst position or implementation experience.
- A finance qualification
- Ideally you will have supported Microsoft Dynamics and / or OneStream implementations
- Experience in connecting third party systems such as banking, CRM’s, expense tools or similar to an ERP and understand processes in those systems
- Project Management skills
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Quick learner, curious and have a continuous improvement mindset
- Embrace change, high energy and thrive in a fast-paced high performing culture
- An understanding of compliance processes is an advantage

The minimum monthly salary for this position is according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, overpayment will be considered depending on qualifications and working experience.
