Sales & Marketing Assistant

Are you passionate about sales, marketing and organization and do you enjoy working in an internationally active and owner-managed B2B company?_

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Organizational and administrative support for the sales & marketing teams
- Responsibility for the existing CRM system and our sales tool; including data maintenance and evaluations
- Support with customer communication (answering inquiries and sending sample packages)
- Responsibility for organizing our trade fairs, conferences and other events. Including planning, implementation & cost control
- Preparation of presentations, project and training documents
- You like to learn new things, are interested in exciting products and implement things skillfully

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Commercial education (especially in the field of marketing & sales, e.g. FH) is an advantage
- 2+ years of relevant hands-on experience in sales/marketing/assistance, customer service
- Very good written and spoken English, any other language an advantage
- Very good IT user skills (MS Office)
- Strong team spirit, service mindset and organizational talent
- Structured, precise and reliable way of working
- Hands-on mentality and proactive nature

**Annual salary above the collective agreement of between € 35,000.00 - € 40,000.00 gross/year for full-time - depending on qualifications and experience.
