In your new job you will:

- **Drive excellence in project management **for various sub-projects in our international Digitalization Program and ensure a high level of transparency about progress, budget and risks
- **Guide and support sub-project managers **in utilizing professional project management methods according to international standards (IPMA or similar)
- Support the **completion **of **work packages **in the ongoing project and participate in **supporting and controlling of project KPIs**:

- **Lead smaller expert groups **in participating and achieving the project objectives
- Act as an **interface **between **project managers, top management **and **other stakeholders **, **communicate **top management **decisions **and align with different stakeholders
- Lead the **resource planning **and **risk management **process
- **Organize **, **moderate **and record **meetings **and forward results to project managers
- Ensure **reporting, document management **and regular **information **of various stakeholders on all levels

- **Experience and passion in project management **and leading project teams ideally in an international environment
- **Strong interpersonal skills **and experience in working with various interfaces
- **Determined **and **solution-oriented **way of working and the Capability **to translate complex matters **into understandable key messages
- **International Awareness **and experience in worldwide acting teams demonstrated by your **Intercultural communication skills**:

- **Certification in project management standards (IPMA or similar)**:

- Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite **especially in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook ( **SAP experiences, skills in Tableau or Programming are a plus)
- Excellent **written **and **verbal communication skills in German **and **English**
