In dieser Position unterstützt du das Operations Team in diversen administrativen Themen. Dazu zählen unter anderem die Bedarfs-, Bestell-, und Produktionsplanung, die Kommunikation zu internationalen Lieferanten und Stakeholdern sowie die Prozessgestaltung rund um unsere einzigartige Afro Coffee Produktpalette.

**Stellenbeschreibung**:
**Tätigkeiten im Einkauf**

Koordination und Kommunikation mit den jeweiligen Lieferanten; Ablage und Verwaltung von Kontrakten und Dokumenten; Retouren und Reklamationen

**Bedarfs
- und Produktionsplanung**

Instandhaltung diverser Planungsdateien in Abstimmung mit Sales und Marketing; Erstellung und Dokumentation von verschiedenen Analysen, Trends und Prognosen; Erstellung von Reports und Berichten aus verschiedenen Software-Systemen

Rohmaterial Planung; Verwaltung und Instandhaltung der Rohmaterialbestände; Bestellkoordination für Produkte und Verpackungen

**Administrative Tätigkeiten**

Organisation und Vorbereitung von Audits; Kundensupport bei diversen Anfragen; Budgetpflege; Stand-in für das Customer Service Team

Instandhaltung der ERP-Datenbank; Dokumenten
- und Stammdatenpflege; Unterstützung bei Produktentwicklungen; Organisation von Verkostungen

**Qualifikationen**:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Operations Management von Vorteil

Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Affinität für ERP-Systeme sowie solide Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Excel)

Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und konzeptionelles Denken

Gute Kommunikations
- und Projektmanagementfähigkeiten in Kombination mit einer proaktiven und lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Aus gesetzlichen Gründen sind wir verpflichtet darauf hinzuweisen, dass das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für diese Position bei monatlich EUR 2.034 brutto liegt. Unsere attraktiven Gehaltspakete orientieren sich jedoch an aktuellen Marktgehältern und liegen daher deutlich über dem angegebenen Mindestgehalt.
