**Robart is a leading innovator and system provider for autonomous consumer robots. Our technology enables mobile robots to understand their environment and interact with the user, currently powering the devices of some of the world’s most renowned suppliers. To ensure an excellent market presence for our own recently launched brand of robots, we are hiring:
**Creative Lead / Content Marketing (M/F/x)**
**In this challenging and responsible role, you will manage creative and production projects from concept creation to completion and thus play a crucial part with regard to the success of our brand. You will be involved with all things Marketing but focus primarily on Content Marketing.

**Your tasks**:

- Develop concepts and strategies and transform them into creative solutions, artwork and content
- Work with internal and external strategic partners, using the most current industry best practices
- Manage and supervise creative teams, graphic designers or artists, ensure that objectives are met
- Direct the design and development of creative materials and ensure brand identity and message consistency across channels
- Serve as a link between the Marketing team, creative team and other departments
- Evaluate performance, guide improvements and report progress of projects at major stages

**Your profile**:

- Completed education with a focus on Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar
- Several years of relevant hands-on experience, preferably including agency experience
- Sound knowledge with regard to Marketing, Brand and Design principles
- Familiarity with a variety of software programs, such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (as well as preferably in German)
- Creative mind with good analytical skills
