Aufgaben
- Erstelle eigenverantwortlich die Schichtplanung für das gesamte Contact Center von foodora
- Analysiere und kalkuliere den Bedarf an internen Ressourcen auf Jahres-, Monats-, Wochen
- und Tagesbasis
- Verantworte die Kapazitäts
- und Personaleinsatzplanung für die komplette Abteilung
- Behalte unsere Performance im Blick und arbeite an einer verbesserten Workforce Strategie
- Bearbeite Urlaube, Krankmeldungen & jegliche Anfragen zum Schichtplan
- Unterstütze zusätzlich mit deinen gewonnenen Insights im Budget Forecasting

Qualifikation
- Wir freuen uns wenn du über Erfahrung in der Personalbedarfs
- und Einsatzplanung verfügst, bestenfalls in einem Contact Center (Erfahrungen mit Schicht - und Wochenendarbeit)
- Eine hohe Affinität für Reportings - sowohl in deren Erstellung & Analyse
- Guter Umgang mit Excel/Google Sheets sowie Workforce Management Tools
- Gute Deutsch
- & Englischkenntnisse
