For our client, a multinational pharmaceutical and cosmetics company specialising in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of cosmetics, prescription medicines and healthcare products, we are looking for a Medical Director (m/w/d) Oncology for a region DACH, Italy, Spain.

**Your responsibilities**

In a role of Medical Director (m/w/d) Oncology you will have the responsibilities
- to introduce and cascade the medical strategy
- to collect the needs in the subsidiaries from the geographic area and to report it to the Corporate (data generation, clinical projects, observational and interventional studies, scientific symposia, advisory boards, publications...), in particular by integrating the region specificities
- to ensure that the specific features of the region are well taken into account by the Corporate, especially when launching new products (including patient access to innovation and market access)
- to be the medical representative of the region for the Corporate
- to interact with the Corporate Medical Transversal Platform to integrate a maximum of cross-functionality within the projects to be implemented
- to develop and implement Patient Centricity actions/projects in collaboration with the Patient Centricity department
- to work with the Medical Value Department for the development of all medical activities in the region including conferences and scientific events/symposia, publications, generation of real-life data
- to work in compliance with regulations as well as codes of ethics
- to manage the medical teams (MSLs + Medical Advisors)
**Your profile**
- You have fluent english and at least one language used in the region as a native language
- You work at least 5 years in a Medical Direction
- You have a perfect understanding of patient needs in oncology
- You possess an expertise in the different types of study methodology and an expertise in the regulations in place in one of the countries from the region
- You anticipate changes in medical and scientific needs/requests from authorities, prescribers and patients
- You set ambitious, realistic and pragmatic objectives within its scope and are committed to reach them
- You anticipate therapeutic developments, by adapting clinical study models
