**Who you are**
An ambitious Analog Design Agent with:

- A **university degree **in fields like **Electronics Engineering **, **Computer Science **, or related disciplines
- A **proven track of managing **Analog Mixed Signal Design teams **or outstanding performance in a **technical leadership role **on
- Solid experience in the **automotive chip development environment**:

- Proficiency in **analog development methodology and flow **, incl. Analog
- and Mixed Signal verification and Sign-off
- A **broad repertoire of managerial skills **, such as team building, strategy development and deployment, personnel and team development as well as conflict management
- Experience in the **development and implementation of design methodologies **is a clear plus
- **Fluent English skills **. German skills are a clear plus
