**Talent Garden Vienna** **is looking for a** dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a **Marketing Specialist**. This role involves supporting the smooth functioning of all marketing initiatives to promote our products and services while also providing support within the office spaces and with our community when needed. This role will work together with the local team and the international marketing team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Performance Marketing: Plan, create and implement digital marketing campaigns for the Coworking Space and Digital Skills Academy together with our Digital Marketing team.
- Social media management: Create monthly editorial plans, create content, published posts and report on social media performance.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, analyze data, and provide insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
- Creative Brainstorming: Collaborate with the international marketing team to brainstorm innovative ideas and approaches for marketing initiatives.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, offering recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide support in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, organizing marketing materials, and maintaining marketing databases.
- Event Marketing: Collaborate with the Event Management Lead and Community Manager to implement and support Event Marketing initiatives.
Here in Talent Garden Vienna we are a small team who support each other also with tasks that go outside specific roles. Other activities you may be required to do during the day: Attending the reception, greeting visitors, and supporting our community by answering inquiries, and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Verifying access cards for staff and our community to ensure a secure and organized environment and assisting with event organisation.
**Requirements**:
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and social media management.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proactive Attitude: Enthusiastic about learning and willing to take on new challenges with a positive attitude.
- Team Player: Able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
