Collaboration in the Human Resources department, which is available to the management team, executives and all employees as a point of contact for all personnel and organization-related issues and covers all HR activities along the employee lifecycle - from employee search to onboarding, training, personnel administration and time recording through to leaving.
**Role responsibilities include**:
- In this position, you will support our small HR team in Wels in all personnel-related matters.- You will be involved from assessing demand and advertising jobs, coordinating with internal departments as well as external stakeholder to onboarding new employees.- You will support for all personnel-related questions, providing support on labour law issues.- Your operational tasks include creating and maintaining employment contracts, references and other HR documents.- You will work on coordination for people training activities with internal departments as well as external providers.- Support by offboarding completes this HR profile.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Initial professional experience in the HR field, ideally in a growing company.
- Hands-on mentality and growth-mindset
- Experience with state-of-the-art HR best practices
- Track-record in designing and introducing/supporting new HR tools
- Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Very good German and English language skills (the company language is English)
- Knowledge of Austrian labour law
- BMD knowledge is a PLUS
This position is temporary for **maximal 12 months**. For this position the collective bargaining agreement for the electrical and electronics industry applies. Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible.
