We are looking for highly qualified and experienced associates (f/m/x) with a focus in international arbitration to support our team in Vienna.

Your Tasks

Your future job with us will include a diverse range of tasks in advising and representing international clients in relation to arbitration disputes and related court litigation proceedings governed by the laws of the countries of the former Soviet Union. This includes:

- Conducting in-depth factual research (through document review in English and Russian, personal interviews, etc) across a wide variety of industries
- Conducting legal research on points of national and international law
- Drafting memoranda and analyses of disputed issues for internal and client consideration
- Drafting legal briefs for submission to arbitral tribunals and various national courts; and
- Engaging in proactive business development and market profiling activities.

Your Profile

You must have completed your legal studies with exceptional results, be able to communicate, read and draft fluently in English and Russian, be comfortable working with colleagues from different backgrounds, be a self-motivated entrepreneurial thinker and value legal creativity.

Additional requirements include: (i) qualification in Russian Law; (ii) previous experience of litigation before Russian courts; (iii) 5+ years of exposure to international arbitration (iv) experience working in an international law firm; and (v) academic or work experience abroad.

Depending on your specific qualifications and professional experience, a minimum gross annual salary (all-in, 14 instalments) of EUR 70,000, - is envisaged for this role. The final salary will be agreed upon at the offer stage.
