Wir sind derzeit auf der Suche nach einem Assistant to Operations für unseren Standort in Guntramsdorf.

Tätigkeiten / Aufgaben
- Als Bindeglied zwischen Entwicklung und Produktion sind Sie für diverse Projekte zur Optimierung von Prozessvariabilität, Kapazitätserhöhung und Prozess-Sicherheit verantwortlich.
- Sie unterstützen die Produktion bei der Behebung von Produktionsstörungen und entwickeln nachhaltige Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
- Selbstständige Führung von Projekten: Analyse und Optimierung von Prozessen, Übertragung von Produkten von anderen Standorten bzw. aus dem Labor in die Produktion
- Bearbeitung und Optimierung von internen Störungen im Fertigungsprozess, Bewertung des Fertigungsverlaufs
- Erstellung von Fertigungsvorschriften und Begleitung von Versuchsansätzen
- Ursachenanalyse von internen und externen Q-Vorfällen
- Mitarbeit in LEAN- bzw. ISO16949-Projekten

Qualifikationen / Kenntnisse
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Spezialisierung im Bereich Chemie, Prozessingenieurwesen oder Verfahrenstechnik (Studium oder HTL mit entsprechender Erfahrung)
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Lackindustrie, vorzugsweise im Bereich Prozesstechnik, Produktion oder Labor
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit Abläufe zu analysieren und Verbesserungen zu entwickeln
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten über die Grenzen von Abteilungen hinweg
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
- SAP- und MS-Excel-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im LEAN-Management bzw. ISO16949.
