At Safestay we try to create extraordinary experiences for our guests. We are looking for a motivated Hotel Manager who can help us achieve our goals.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- To ensure all departments working to the correct brand standards.
- To ensure high standards of service, cleanliness and presentation are maintained in all departments and the hostel generally.
- To develop and maintain a positive relationship with all members of the hotel team so that co-operation in achieving the department’s objectives is assured.
- Maintain excellent customer relations by ensuring the provision of efficient and friendly service at all times.
- Ensure that you are aware of revenue targets for the departments and for the hotel
- To place orders where required as per the order schedule.
- Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules. **We expect from you**:

- Strong understanding of hotel management
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to detail
- Good proficiency in English and German language
