- Unterstütze gemeinsam mit deinen PMO-Teamkollegen/-innen unsere Projektleitungen bei der Planung, Koordination und Dokumentation der Projekte
- Administriere Projekte und bereite Daten und Dokumente auf
- Nimm an Abstimmungsterminen teil und protokolliere professionell
- Bringe Ideen zur Optimierung und Erweiterung des Projektmanagement-Supports ein

- Einschlägige Praxis in Assistenztätigkeiten, idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung
