**Junior Regulatory Credit Risk Manager (f/m/x)**:

- The Group IRB Coordination department operates within the Group Risk Controlling division. Our primary role is to serve as the central communication hub with banking regulators concerning internal capital adequacy models for credit and market risk. Additionally, we have the responsibility for overseeing various internal risk standards, including client segmentation, default recognition, and model risk management.#full-time

**Your role at RBI**:

- Support supervisory communication process towards European Central Bank (local and group-wide) for internal credit and market risk models
- Run and optimize process for data quality and reporting (Power BI) of mentioned risk processes
- In coordinating function establish reliable relationships with colleagues from credit and market risk management departments, IT, legal department, Group subsidiaries, other stakeholders through all hierarchy levels
- Monitor changes of EU regulations related to internal models for capital adequacy and share in internal newsletters

***Your core competencies**:

- Bachelor/ Master in Finance, Business Administration or Law
- Few years of experience in credit risk management, legal or audit
- Good knowledge of banking regulation (Basel III / CRR3 and EBA Guidelines) an advantage
- Ability to effectively convey complex ideas in English, facilitate agreement, and collaborate on solutions
- Drive for change and delivery
