Bedingt durch die hohen unterschiedlichen Anforderungen in den internationalen Märkten, muss hier sehr detailliert für den jeweiligen Markt das Spieledesign entwickelt werden. Dabei steht vor allem die Entwicklung des grafischen Konzeptes und dessen Umsetzung im Vordergrund. Von der ersten Spielidee bis hin zum final entwickelten Spiel bedarf es vieler Optimierungen und Anpassungen.

**Aufgaben**:

- Als Grafikdesigner (m/w/d) sind Sie gemeinsam mit der Projektleitung und der Softwareentwicklung für die Realisierung unserer Spielideen verantwortlich.
- Weiterhin steht die Entwicklung von Objekt-, Charakter
- und Effektanimationen für unsere Spiele auf Ihrer abwechslungsreichen Agenda.
- Ihr Können ist auch bei der grafischen Gestaltung der Spielemenüs und Spielpakete gefragt.
- Zusätzlich integrieren Sie Grafiken und Animationen in die Inhouse-Production-Pipeline.

**Qualifikationen**:

- Ausbildung zum Grafikdesigner / Mediengestalter / Gamedesigner (m/w/d), eine vergleichbare Ausbildung oder entsprechende Erfahrung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Umgang mit Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator)
- Gutes Gespür für Illustration, Komposition, Gestaltung und Animation
- Zusätzliche Kenntnisse in 3D-Blender, Daz 3D, Unity 3D oder Godot sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit generativer AI (Stable Diffusion) von Vorteil
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe und vernetztes Denken
- Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
