Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled and driven Process Automation Specialist to join our Digitalization and Operational Excellence team as we set up a Digital Center of Excellence. Your responsibilities will play a vital role in enhancing efficiency and expediting our digital transformation efforts through the utilization of hyper-automation tools, including RPA and low/no-code workflow automation.
- Define strategies and frameworks for hyper-automation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Identify and analyze business processes suitable for hyper-automation by working closely with stakeholders and leveraging tools such as RPA, MS Power Automate, Appian, and Bizagi
- Align with digitalization architect to design and implement end-to-end hyper-automated solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing workflows
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies in process automation and make recommendations for tools and platforms that align with our digitalization strategy
- Monitor and assess the performance of automated processes, making iterative improvements as needed
- Provide training and support to enhance the understanding of hyper-automation technologies and process automation

Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in designing, enabling, and implementing hyper-automated solutions
- In-depth knowledge of hyper-automation tools, such as RPA, and low/no-code platforms, such as Appian, Bizagi or MS Power automate
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards
- Strong programming/scripting skills (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams
