**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**
- ** Later afternoon/early evening shift**
- Perform check-in and check-out procedures
- Escort our suite guests to the Schloss
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests
- Assist our guests and respond to their inquiries
- Identify the needs of our guests and build a relationship with them
- Support guests with specific tasks (e.g., booking services or restaurants, confirming travel arrangements, taking messages)
- Handle guest complaints and refer them to management if necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards

**WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

**Ideal starting date: as soon as possible**
- A first experience in the hotel industry, ideally in Reception/Front Office
- Familiarity with hospitality industry standards
- Proficiency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
- Computer skills
- Experience with Protel (desirable)
- A customer-oriented and professional attitude
- An open-minded personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
