**Senior HR Business Partner (m/w/d)**

**Ihr Aufgabenbereich ist wie folgt ausgerichtet**:
- Beratung von Führungskräften und MitarbeiterInnen zu sämtlichen operativen und strategischen HR-Themen
- Verantwortung für den Personalbeschaffungsprozess sowie Begleitung der MitarbeiterInnen im gesamten Life Cycle
- Umsetzung der HR-Strategie für die zugeordneten Geschäftsbereiche
- Begleitung und Umsetzung von Change Maßnahmen sowie bei unternehmens
- bzw. konzernweiten HR-Projekten wie z.B. im Bereich Diversität, strategische Personalplanung, Digitalisierung uvm.
- Intensive Schnittstelle zu anderen Personalbereichen (Personalentwicklung, Administration und Controlling etc.)

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht oder Personalmanagement
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im HR-Bereich (m/w/d) wird vorausgesetzt
- Fähigkeit, die Rolle als Sparringpartner für Führungskräfte wahrzunehmen
- In dieser Business Partner Rolle betreuen Sie Führungskräfte und MitarbeiterInnen aus unterschiedlichen Geschäftsfeldern. Die Bereitschaft sich hier in die verschiedenen Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten, setzen wir voraus
